My name is Adam Stansbury I have been training myself in the gym since 1999 and became a personal trainer in 2009.
In that time I have taken my own body on many transformations through life threatening surgery, fitness modelling and multiple body building shows. These personal experiences alone have taught me what is the most effective training methods and mindset approaches that you need to transform your body.
Since 2009 I have applied these methods with continued success in helping many clients both 1-2-1 and online achieve their goals and fitness dreams.
I was part of the Winners 2000 organisation who won Gym of the Year at the National Fitness Awards in 2012 and then in 2013 I won the National Fitness Awards Gym Based Personal Trainer of the Year. I am also a Poliquin Level 2 Strength and Conditioning Coach and an Animal Flow Level 2 coach.
During my 7 years as a vegan, I also spoke about training and nutrition from a plant based perspective multiple times at events up to 250 people, and self-published a book on the topic called ‘Plant Powered’. In 2022 I brought out my second book ‘The Journey to the Centre of Your Soul’ a guide for understanding life.
