1-2-1 PERSONAL TRAINING
Follow the steps below to see how 1-2-1 Personal Training works.
Adam has a very unique approach which goes way beyond just personal training.
Step 1
Free Consultation
Choose a convenient day and time to book in for a Fitter Future 30 minute mobile or zoom consultation, so that we can discuss your goals and start formulating a plan for you.
Step 2
Select whether you would like to train with me once, twice or three times per week and click on the Buy Now button on the relevant package, once you have made payment you will be redirected to a sign-up form to create a username and password for your account on the app.
Once you have signed up you will receive your login details via email, an app download link, and an email with sign up instructions forms to fill in etc.
Step 3
Initial Consultation
We will then schedule a consultation where we will go much deeper into your history and goals in order for me to collect enough information to start designing your training program, nutrition strategy and daily behavioural habits.
Step 4
Measurement Tracking
Within the app there is a designated area to input your measurements, progress photos etc depending on what your fitness goal is, everything is relevant to your goal.
Step 5
Your First Program
I will then design your first 4-week training program and schedule it into your in-app diary for you to see, these will be the workouts we follow during our 1-2-1 Personal Training sessions.
Step 6
Start 1-2-1 Personal Training
We will then begin your 1-2-1 personal training sessions at the location, days and times that we have agreed on.
Step 7
Monitoring Progress
Every 4 Weeks we will reflect on your progress based on measurements and feedback so that I can update and fine tune our approach depending on how we feel it is going. I will then design your next 4-week training program and schedule it into your diary.
Step 8
Repeat Step 7
Until we achieve your desired goal!
