ONLINE PERSONAL TRAINING
Follow the steps below to see how Online Personal Training works.
Adam has a very unique approach which goes way beyond just personal training.
Step 1
Free Consultation
Choose a convenient day and time to book in for a Fitter Future 30 minute mobile or zoom consultation, so that we can discuss your goals and start formulating a plan for you.
Step 2
Select whether you would like the BASIC (training only) or ELITE(training + monthly online consultation) online training packages and click on the Buy Now button, once you have made payment you will be redirected to a sign-up form to create a username and password for your account on the app.
Once you have signed up you will receive your login details via email, an app download link, and an email with sign up instructions forms to fill in etc.
Step 3
Initial Consultation
We will then schedule a consultation where we will go much deeper into your history and goals in order for me to collect enough information to start designing your training program, nutrition strategy and daily behavioural habits.
Step 4
Measurement Tracking
Within the app there is a designated area to input your measurements, progress photos etc depending on what your fitness goal is, everything is relevant to your goal.
Step 5
Your First Program
I will then design your first 4-week training program and schedule it into your in-app diary for you to begin. You’ll receive a New Program Alert email to inform you when it’s live along with the training instructions.
Step 6
Start Online Personal Training
You will then begin your online personal training program and feedback to me on a daily or weekly basis how everything is going, via the in-app messaging or through email.
Step 7
Monitoring Progress
Every 4 Weeks we will reflect on your progress based on measurements and feedback so that I can update and fine tune our approach depending on how we feel it is going. I will then design your next 4-week training program and schedule it into your diary.
- BASIC clients this will be done via app messaging or email.
- ELITE clients this will be done via an online mobile or zoom consultation which I will book in for the 4th week on every program.
Step 8
Repeat Step 7
Until we achieve your desired goal!
